Website services and management

A professional website, handled from start to finish.

I design, launch, host, and maintain websites for businesses that want a strong online presence without having to manage the technical details themselves.

Mobile-friendly Fast and secure Clear monthly service No long-term obligation
Before you purchase

Two clear steps: prepare your demo, then confirm the service.

You do not need to purchase anything to request a demo. The agreement is completed only if you review the demo and decide you would like to continue.

Step 1

Help me create your best demo

Send as much of the following information as you currently have. You can still request a demo if some items are not ready.

  • Business name and a short description
  • Services or products you offer
  • Logo and business photos, if available
  • Preferred colors or general style
  • Business hours, service area, and contact information
  • Social media links
  • Websites you like for inspiration
  • Special offers or important information to feature
  • What you want visitors to do, such as call or request a quote
Step 2

Sign before making the initial payment

After you approve your demo, complete the agreement below. It confirms the pricing, monthly service, updates, domain costs, and cancellation terms.

  1. Enter your name, business, email, and project details.
  2. Review each service term and required confirmation.
  3. Draw your signature and download the completed PDF.
  4. Attach the PDF to an email and send it to Daniel for review and countersignature.
Your privacy: the form stays on your device. It is not uploaded or sent automatically.

01

Initial website payment

The initial payment is $250, paid through Venmo after the demo is approved and this agreement is signed. Final work and launch begin after payment is received.

02

Monthly website service

The ongoing service is $50 per month and includes hosting, routine maintenance, monitoring, support, and up to two small updates during each billing month.

03

Updates and additional work

Unused updates do not roll over. Additional updates, new sections, redesigns, new features, and larger requests may cost extra. Any additional price will be explained and approved before work begins.

04

Domain name

Daniel contributes up to $25 toward the initial domain purchase. The client pays any amount above $25 before purchase and is responsible for the full annual renewal cost after the initial purchase.

05

Client materials

The client will provide accurate business information and must have permission to use any logos, photos, text, or other materials supplied for the website.

06

Payments and overdue service

Monthly payments are due on the agreed billing date. If payment becomes overdue, Daniel may pause updates, support, or website service after notifying the client until the account is current.

07

Cancellation, transfer, or shutdown

There is no long-term obligation. Either side may end the monthly service. After outstanding charges are paid, Daniel can provide available website materials and assist with an orderly transfer or shutdown.

08

Agreement completion

The client's downloaded PDF is a signed offer to begin service. Daniel will review it, countersign it, and return the completed copy before collecting the initial payment.

What is included

Everything needed to keep your business online.

The initial payment covers building and preparing the website, plus up to $25 toward the initial domain purchase. The monthly service keeps the website hosted, maintained, and supported afterward.

01

Website creation

A professional design built around your business, services, branding, and contact information. It will work properly on phones, tablets, and computers.

02

Hosting and maintenance

I keep the website online, monitor it, handle routine technical maintenance, and help address website problems that come up.

03

Monthly updates

Two small updates are included each month, such as changing text, replacing a photo, updating hours, or adjusting contact information.

04

Ongoing support

Email me when you need assistance. I will review the request, explain what is needed, and keep you informed before making larger changes.

Website updates

Two small updates are included every month.

Your $50 monthly service includes up to two small update requests during that month. Unused updates do not roll over to a future month.

Examples of small updates

  • Changing business hours or contact information
  • Replacing one photo or a small amount of text
  • Updating a listed service, price, or announcement

Additional or larger changes

Requests beyond the two included updates, new sections, major redesigns, new features, and other larger changes may cost extra. The price will depend on the work requested, and I will explain the cost before starting.

Your website address yourbusiness.com
Domain names

Your domain is the address people use to find your website.

For example, yourbusiness.com is a domain name. It is separate from the website itself and normally renews once every year.

I contribute up to $25 toward your initial domain purchase. If the domain costs $25 or less, that initial cost is covered. If it costs more than $25, you pay only the amount above $25 before it is purchased.

This $25 contribution applies only to the initial domain purchase. After that, you are responsible for the full annual renewal cost. Domain prices can change, so I will show you the price before purchasing or renewing it.

How it works

A clear process from the first conversation to launch.

  1. 1

    Tell me about your business

Send your services, business information, photos, colors, and any website ideas you have.

  2. 2

    Review a demo

I can prepare a demo so you can see the proposed look and direction before moving forward.

  3. 3

    Approve and pay

After approval, the $250 initial payment is made through Venmo. If the domain costs over $25, you also pay the remaining difference.

  4. 4

    Launch and maintain

I launch the website and begin the $50 monthly hosting, maintenance, updates, and support service.

Stay in control

No long-term obligation.

You may end the monthly service if you no longer need it. If you decide to work with someone else, transfer ownership, close the business, or shut the website down, I can provide the website materials and help with an orderly transfer.

Any unpaid work, domain costs, or other outstanding charges would still need to be settled before the transfer is completed.
